We stood for one night and received the best care starting from welcoming drinks, excellent room and services, great restaurant, spa. It was so good we didn´t even leave the premises :) The room was very clean, spacious, the hotel stuff very attentive and welcoming. It came down to small details, all of which were perfect!

The apartment was just as described. In a great location, well equipped and very safe. Puerto Madero is a great location and although you can see the city across the water and it is just a short walk it feels slightly apart. Puerto Madero really comes alive after dark and is a great place for a meal, drinks or just an evening stroll. I cannot compliment the staff and the rental company enough. Prior to arrival Ignacio kept us informed and asked for all the information necessary to make our check in totally smooth. Angi, who met us from the taxi and walked us to our room was lovely and answered all our questions about the apartment, how things worked and where we could change money. Having bought a local SIM card I was having problems loading credit and Ruben sorted it out for me and even paid for the start up credit?

This hotel is a hidden gem at the heart of San Telmo! From the decoration to the staff to the comfortable bed, everything was awesome. We had to work while traveling and the internet was great. We were both able to hold zoom meetings at the same time. It will definitely be our stay of choice every time we go to Buenos Aires. A huge thanks to Melina, Rocio, Pericles, Javier and Lucas for taking such good care of us! ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Undici Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptional reception staff, who made check-in smooth and effortless. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with anything I needed made my stay even more enjoyable. He is a true asset to the hotel, ensuring that guests feel valued and well cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with stylish and comfortable rooms that offer a perfect retreat after a long day. The ambiance is elegant yet cozy, and every corner of the hotel exudes warmth and sophistication. I highly recommend Undici Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.
