We were really pleased with our choice of this place for 1 night. Its out of the way, which is what we wanted. Lots of parking, good as we were on a motorbike. The room was large and bed very comfy. Due to a national holiday the restaurant was closed, we went to the Golf Bar across the road and had Pizza, which was lovely. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommend

The host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment and balcony were very big and beautiful in a quiet street. Free of charge parking spot in front of the building. There were toys and playground for kids. Electrical window covers were great to use. Foodstore was about 300m and great bakery about 500m. If I ever come back to Linz, I will certainly book the same apartment.

    The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Even though it was Father’s Day in Austria he took time out from his family and carried lots of bike bags upstairs for us and arranged bike charging for e bikes. The bed was the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, including my own bed at home! Room was spotless. Breakfast was very good.
