From this house and location, we got maximum satisfaction. We felt completely at home – everything necessary is provided, and even more. During our journey, our car had a flat tire, and the owner helped us find a service center and booked us in for repair. Very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need. Incredible view from the windows, very cool terrace. They are huge, very clean, everything is very comfortable, like at home. When we entered, we even decided to ask the owner if we had entered the wrong door)

Amazing hotel with a wonderful view of the Alps. I was incredibly surprised. The room was absolutely perfect, the shower and toilet were clean and it smelled good. The possibility to choose what I want for breakfast is a big +. In the room is the opportunity to have tea, coffee. Overall I am 100% satisfied and will definitely come back for a longer stay. There is a huge amount of activities in the area.

Room was very nice, clean and very quiet. I liked that we received the code in the sms so getting into the parking lot and room was very easy without the need to contact anyone. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

We loved every single thing about this property and this place. The flat is so beautiful - located just above a wine bar, across the road from a bakery, and (literally) a stone's throw from Lake Traunsee - and yet it is not noisy. It is impeccably clean, slept family of 4 comfortably. Philip was so easy to communicate with - he answered emails immediately. If you're driving, worry not - you can drive the car to the flat to drop off your suitcases, then Phillip gave me the map-pin-drop to the free parking - only a 7 minute walk away. IF you are a sleeper who likes pitch-black, take a sleeping mask b/c there is a street light outside the primary bedroom window that stays on overnight. Gmunden was stunning - definitely our favourite part of our Austrian holiday.
