Alex is sociable and outgoing yet balancing privacy.Located in quiet area one-way street adjacent to a brook and 7 min to main shop street.We stayed in Oct 23 and rebooked happily for our return,perhaps the best compliment. We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

The breakfast was exceptional, plenty to choose from and all fresh, it certainly set my day up. Coffee choices were great. The room with a balcony was excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was also very spacious. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. The view from the outside of the breakfast lounge area was very good and the hotel was in a great location, bus was 13 stops away from the city centre. I would recommend getting a Salzburg card. It is very easy to get the bus or train into town, or you can walk into town along the river in 50 minutes. The flat is airy and light, simply but comfortably furnished. great shower. Two supermarkets very close.

Everything was very clean, well organised, effective staff. Rooms are the same as in the photos. Practically you are in the heart of the old city and you can reach all the best sites just walking few minutes. The parking is an issue, but I think this is the added price to live in the center of the city. But it was worth for us. They are really in top!
