Absolutely loved it! Very clean, spotless! The kitchen is equipped with everything what you need( dishwasher, cutlery, mugs, kettle etc etc), bathroom is spotless, bedrooms are so clean and fresh! The host is very friendly and helpful, helped us with our EV. And there was cold beer waiting in the fridge! The environment is amazing, next time I will definitely book the same apartment!

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and provide excellent advice about local activities and how to combine multiple nice activities on a day. Also the rooms are very nice and there are a lot of fun things to do and to enjoy. Would recommend the Kärnten Karte for a stay of at least a few days, lots of savings on activities.

Great location next to the lake, very friendly staff. The hotel has everything you need to relax. The wellness is very nice, especially the lake and mountain view sauna. I will definitely come back.

Location is fantastic — cozy and silent, yet with 5 minutes by walk, you are in the centre of Velden. Excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and new. Staff is incredibly kind and communicative. There's a decent parking space in front of the villa too.
