Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !

It was easily highlight of our stay in Austria. It was a short scenic walk from the train station. The rooms were very spacious and well lit with a big balcony. The space was managed well and the bathrooms are huge. The triple room #29 had river and mountain view separated by a secluded bike trail. The breakfast was great with a lot of vegetarian options. We preferred having our breakfast out in the garden but they also had cozy wooden seating inside the property. Laura, Sonja and the resident dogs Ella & Lucy were very gracious hosts. They told us about the history of the place which offered us good perspective about the culture and local food. They even offered to help us plan our day and recommended some excellent places to dine at. They also provided us with City Card which came in very handy while using the bus to explore Innsbruck. We would gladly stay here again!

Breakfast was exceptional and beautifully displayed. the choice was enormous and excellent quality. the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The dinner in the restaurant was also excellent and the ambience outstanding

The house was lovely, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location was ideal for us to get out and about , with lots of places to visit . The host family are all very welcoming and friendly and very happy to answer and questions and give advice when asked. Prior to our stay they communicated very well and also git a highchair fir our use. Swimming pool was perfect with the weather being very warm!

Hwest Hotel Hall is located on the outskirts of Hall in Tirol, just off the Hall-West exit of the A12 motorway and 3 km from the historic Old Town.

Great hotel! Easy to find, very comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast. Safe and spacious underground parking. Lisa at the reception was very nice and helpful when I contacted her on a late check in request.

Beautiful building, setting, and room. The restaurant is very handy and serves great food, plus the free breakfast was always delicious. The staff get a special mention as they were above and beyond friendly from the moment I arrived. Would and likely will stay again!

we used a family room for 4, like a small flat with two rooms each one with bathroom in a same space. Very comfortable and nice, really clean, with facilities and a big space.

Beautiful and comfortable room, very polite and friendly staff. My arrival at the hotel was at 21:20, and although restaurant kitchen was closed, they offered to make me a nice dinner when I asked them. Thank you for a wonderfull stay and the delicious schnitzel
