The landlord was very helpful and friendly. The appartment is close to Lienz and ski centers. It's in a very quiet village, but one shop is close by. The landlord told us about the forest baths, which are included in the price, but we'd have to come back in the summer. 🌞 Because of a mix-up we got an upgrade to a three- bedroom appartment in the same building and it was great! Full of little details, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, even mixer is there! It has a functional fireplace, which adds up to coziness. It was very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable. We recommend it.

The apartment was very nice and equipped. There was everything you needed. The structure is well-kept, clean, and the managers were really kind and friendly. For any doubts or requests they were available. Furthermore, the place is located in a great area, quiet and close to the woods and with the center not far away, also reachable on foot. Really recommended! 🇮🇹🇮🇹

The hotel located very near to the center 2minutes by walk. We can left our botorbike under a roof which was very nice as we arrived in rainy weather. The breakfast is tipically asutrian, you can eat everything you like. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
