Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail. Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain. Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

Visited as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. We celebrated her birthday sooner, as she leaves abroad for longer time. It was a perfect stay. Staff was extremely friendly and prepared a celebration gift for us in a form of prosecco. Extremely nice gesture that was nicely appreciated. The hotel itself is cozy, only few floors with a decent amount of rooms. The breakfast is small but it is sufficient and included fresh herbal teas, jams and fresh honeycomb that you could just take and eat (Awesome). Hotel also has a wellness area with steam room, relaxation room, sauna and outdoor natural pool. It was exactly what you expect from the place after a whole day of hiking in the nearby mountains. What we loved the most is the spectacular view from the room, which overlooked the valley. That was something we have never seen before and we already visited a fair amount of 4-5 star hotels around Austria. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is on a lookout for a cozy small hotel with friendly staff and wants to feel the calmness of the Alps.

This Hotel was like a winter wonderland it's warm and friendly staff are welcoming and approachable. The scenery is stunning to say the least. On arrival to the hotel our room was presented with lots of little goodies such as a platter of bakery treats with large bottle of mineral water. We then had a complementary lunch with soup and cake with hot beverage of choice. These little touches really made our stay memorable. My visit was one of sadness in a sense was with my best friend who is very ill and I just wanted a memory that we could share I think I will book again in new year it was the perfect place to relax or ski and explore. For just a while we was able to forget about our troubles and just be in a little paradise. I would recommend anyone who loves natures beauty to visit this spectacular hotel. I will be returning there when I next have a chance.
