Very clean room. The rooms are in good condition, it seems they were refurbished recently. Breakfast is very good, you can choose from several bread , cheese and cream. Also good quality of tea and coffee. Good location, the room had an amazing view to the mountains

Barbara is very hospital and nice, although speaking very little English but always smile and giving us help. The environment of the house inside and outside was brilliant, every sight is a beautiful picture, the house is big and well furnished, we enjoy our stay a lot and definitely will come again when our next trip to Munich. Food was great, service was really kind. The 5-course dinner was the most special. Our room had a magnificant view to the Tennengebirge. In case of rain, it is practical to cover or move chairs inside the room.
