It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. We arrived by car but we brought our bikes, so there was very good garage for the bicycles with pump and tools. Also, before we came to the property, the host was very helpful and concise with all instructions about the property. We appreciate very much the coffee machine in the room. Also the apples and fruits in the lounge. Everything was perfect. 😊 Interior of the room is very calming, we were in the room facing river, so we could hear the murmur of the river.

This is a really good hotel, excellent in every way but I will especially mention the facilities for those travelling by bicycle - it has a dedicated, locked storage room for bikes with power sockets for charging e-bikes.

What a nice hotel!! Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful. Place is gorgeous. I liked everything! The view is fantastic, and the place really peaceful. The swimming pool opening hours are the best I ever saw, I let you discover! I totally recommand!

Amazing stay, incredibly nice staff. We even got free coffe and hot chocolate. We only stayed one night but despite arriving late we tried more things than we would elsewhere in a week !? Did a late night training in gym room and went to 24/7 sauna with cozy relax zone. Our room even had a salt light. They really go above and beyond for their guests, did not think someone could surprise us that much after all the booked accomodations we tried over years.

Schlosshotel Mondsee is located in the center of Mondsee, next to the Basilica of Saint Michael, and only a 5-minute walk from the shore of Lake Mondsee.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade for a special occasion, which we are very grateful for. The room we received was absolutely stunning—spacious, full of historical charm, and beautifully designed. We travel often and stay at many hotels, but this unique two-level room really had a wow effect on us. It was exceptionally spacious and had a style all its own. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great experience at the restaurant. We genuinely liked everything. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely like to return to this wonderful hotel.
