The landlord was very helpful and friendly. The appartment is close to Lienz and ski centers. It's in a very quiet village, but one shop is close by. The landlord told us about the forest baths, which are included in the price, but we'd have to come back in the summer. 🌞 Because of a mix-up we got an upgrade to a three- bedroom appartment in the same building and it was great! Full of little details, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, even mixer is there! It has a functional fireplace, which adds up to coziness. It was very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable. We recommend it.

In this place we felt like at home. Host was very nice and helpful. We had two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony with beautiful view. There was fridge in room and kitchen outside for everyone. We didn't pay for parking and for dog. Downstairs was great bar with pizza and beer. The neighborhood was nice for a small walk.

    The apartment was spotless clean and well equipped. Location is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life; it was just us and nature. The room offers a majestic view of the Alps. We ate dinner at the host's restaurant; the menu is varied and the food delicious and genuine as most of it is home grown. The hosts, Andrea and the Brandstaetter family, are excellent, caring but not intrusive. Thank you. We will surely be back.
