A very short stay as we had an early plane to catch. The hotel location was excellent as we could walk from the airport. We needed a trolley to wheel the luggage which the hotel secured for us over night. The room was so quiet and bed so comfortable we had a good nights sleep. Facilities were excellent and the room spotless. We would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone using the airport.

Great location. Within 5 minutes of walking, you will find so many choices of dining and super markets. Hotel staff is quite friendly, room is big and clean and having quite nice view. Although located in the center of the city, you will not be bothered by noise but enjoy the surprising peace and tranquility when staying in the hotel.

    The Park has a great family friendly feeling to the place. Plenty of space, accommodation and fun activities - bbq, pool and mini golf. The villa we used for 8 days was comfortable, with everything on hand as described. I recommend this place to stay and its a short drive to the airport and city.

    The room was nice and spacious for the kids, the beds were comfortable, I could access tv streaming apps, the breakfast menu was kid friendly and really well priced. In the main bar area, there is a little lounge space my two boys played chess, there was some Lego available, children’s books, mind puzzles, and the wifi was strong so I was able to work from anywhere in the hotel. The desk in the room was perfect for that also.

    The property itself is great. The customer service and the poor lack of communication to inform us a family with kids that the pool is out of service is horrid. The last thing you want is a whole family with a baby and toddler to arrive at the property and checked in to find out on our own that there no pool. What do you expect us to do at 2-3pm in Canberra with little kids???? No remorse from front desk/reception and we had to leave after unpacking to a hotel with a pool.
