The location of the property was spot on. All the places we wanted to visit were within a comfortable driving distance from our accommodation. While we had to make our own breakfast, Jo provided every possible item of food and drink we could possibly require. The house was very clean and beds very comfortable. I immediately felt at ease when I entered the house. All facilities (washing machine, dryer, oven etc) were in top condition. Luxuries like a coffee maker were also provided. It felt like a home away from home. Jo arrived just as we had arrived at the accommodation and welcomed us like friends. A lovely lady. I highly recommend Jo's Farmhouse B&B to anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable country get away.

    We had the lovely clean 3 bedroom house all to ourselves. Kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with local Tasmanian produce for our use. Much more than was needed for breakfast. Made welcome with wine and port, chips and chocolates. Wood fire set ready to light in lounge plus an extra sitting room so I could read while my husband watched TV. So calm and relaxing. Sheep chickens, sparrows and wallabies begged to be fed. Would be a great place to stay with kids. Toys and games provided .

    Delightful property! The kids loved the chickens & sheep. Lovely comfortable cottage with a wonderfully equipped kitchen & bathroom and even a range of toys for all ages.

    Absolutely everything. Wow doesn’t describe. Could not finish our Tassie trip with a better place. Jo has provided absolutely everything you could possibly need and much more. Wine, chocolates, chips and more. The house is so beautiful with so much charm and we felt very welcomed and at home. Breakfast was amazing catering for all dietary requirements with press Tasmanian produce. And the wildlife was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be back for longer. Thank you Jo for making us feel very special.

    Beautifully renovated house, comfortable beds, lots of towels/blankets, amazing amount of food supplies, not just breakfast but snacks too. There are native and farm animals - would be great for kids as there are toys and a cubby house.

    House and location were beautiful. Breakfast provisions were excellent and abundant. Host was welcoming. Fire was lit and heaters on for our arrival. All the little extra touches that made everything so comfortable - from good toiletries, to a stocked cupboard to wine. Stay exceeded our expectations. Definite referral to family and friends. Was best accommodation of our entire trip.
