The one bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern and offered great privacy with a relaxing covered patio area outside. The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a kettle, toaster, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups etc. Other useful items included an iron, ironing board and clothes airer and the free onsite laundry was a godsend for our 3 week stay. We used the pool but didn't have a chance to go in the games room, gym or use the tennis courts, nor did we use the communal kitchen as we had our own however all these facilities looked good and well maintained. The area is nice and quiet with the beautiful historic town of Morpeth just down the road. There is a mini convenience store, butcher, cafes, shops and our personal favourite, the bakery, they have amazing pies and sweet treats! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home.

The property was ideal for a base from which to explore Hunter Valley. It is immaculately presented and after a long day of wine tasting was a great base in which to unwind and watch the kangaroos. Denise as host was welcoming and really helpful with instructions.

First class infrastructure, with a huge room, a full kitchen and a large sitting room, a balcony with its own patch of garden and a covered garage leading into the sitting room. There is no room servicd but the Nineteen restaurant is literally a few steps away and serves excellent hearty fare. Special shout out to Abdallah in reception for his knowledge and friendly helpfulness.

    As always it was peaceful and comfortable with friendly service and delicious homemade goodies. It's the third time my family have stayed and we'd be back again for sure. Connie tailors the breakfast to your preferences/needs (vegan, in our case) and the sourdough in particular is just incredible. The property is gorgeous and quiet with spectacular views, a beautiful cow, and adorable dogs!

    Beautiful family property that you could tell from the moment you entered the driveway was well cared for and very much loved. Beautiful vineyards surrounding the cottage. Wonderful breakfast was provided at check-in and the air conditioning was turned on ready for our arrival. Which was very much appreciated. Our girls loved the 15m pool. We would love to return in the Winter with the open fireplace and wildlife all around.

    Host family is very friendly, helpful and very nice! Homemade jam & sourdough are the perfect match 👌 The wine testing session just amazing, beautiful cottage, great location, we really had very good time!

    From the moment we arrived the owners were welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a lovely family who take pride in their vineyards and accommodation. We will certainly go back again, next time we will bring some of our friends as we know they would enjoy this beautiful property and the ambiance as well. We loved it.

    Beautiful stay. Accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic high ceilings, front and back deck. The kids loved the pool, playground, tennis and basketball. A working winery with wine tasting too! Surrounding views of vineyard and countryside.

    Our stay at the property was fantastic. The views over the vineyard were lovely and our host, Constance, and her family including the 2 dogs were so helpful and sweet. The homemade sourdough and breakfast items were great. It was only 15 mins or so to a shopping centre so we bought groceries and had dinners in our cottage. Our friends stayed in the cottage next door and we toured the wineries around the area, as well as at the cellar door onsite. That tasting was probably the best!

    The accomodation was exactly as described and during our stay we enjoyed the view, breakfast package and the swimming pool, and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed a private wine tasting before we left. We also popped into the private aerodrome next to the property and one of the owners gave us a private tour of the museum and history of tiger moths design.
