    The hotel had a wonderful charm to it. We really enjoyed reading in the sitting/common room. The complimentary breakfast was great. The family room for our children was spacious and very comfortable. The meals were good.

    This historic hotel has been tastefully renovated. Our family room was three of the original hotel rooms combined. The restaurant was exceptional - we had fantastic food throughout our holiday in Tasmania, but dinner at the Kermandie was the best of our trip. We had an excellent meal, and loved the view of the seabirds circling out the window.
