The location was perfect for what we needed. We were walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. We only used our car to visit the penguin parade. The sunsets were so beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather which made our stay even more magical. It was a well spend $500 a day for the five of us. During daytime there were lots of people around which contributed to the holiday feeling. By night time all the cars were gone and it was very quiet. If we visit Melbourne again we will definitely try to come and stay in apart 1. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and spotless holiday home, just a short drive from the Penguin Parade. The house was very clean and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that made cooking easy and convenient. The heater kept the home warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Another big plus was the location — it's close to grocery stores and other local shops, which made it easy to grab essentials. A great choice for families or groups wanting a comfortable and convenient base to explore Phillip Island. Highly recommended!

    The amenities were excellent and it was very comfortable for a family of five and pets. Location was excellent and close to the beach, Rhyall Jetty and Rhyall Park and short drive to Cowes. There is a dog leash free beach in Ventnor and park in Blue Gum reserve which was less than 10mins drive. We had a great stay.

    Plenty of room for all our family to spread out in various parts of the home. The home was well equiped in the kitchen, coffee machine, TV and streaming channels, games and activities, extra heaters and seating inside and out. Plenty of room for our 2 cars to park off the street. Short walk to jetty, coffeeshop, general store and cafe/restaurant. Russ and Michelle were great hosts, quick to respond to requests and queries. Highly recommend this property!

    Very quaint cottage with lovely views, natural light, & relaxing ambience. Comfortable beds & furniture & good quality linen & towells. Olde worlde feel which brought back childhood memories. Husband attended GP circuit for 3 days & I was content to relax at cottage or take easy stroll down to nearby beach. Weather was a mixed bag but it didn't matter. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying there.
