The property was nice and clean and in a great location. The staff were also great. Juanita at front desk was very welcoming and she also made sure our room was warm as it was freezing outside. Juanita was awesome!!!

The facilities were beautiful! Loved how it’s a little hidden gem that has a hotel, bistro, and bar all in one place. Very close to the shopping centres. Bistro staff Vicki was so lovely! free laundry on the same floor as the rooms, rooms were very clean and very modern looking too. Smart tv was a hit. The aircon was amazing will definitely stay again

    We were upgraded to a one bed apartment. Very clean, new and well designed. Huge, comfortable bed - very quiet and dark with the blinds. Great kitchen equipment and the bathroom was also very clean and functional. The location is very handy and there is off street parking if you prefer not to pay,

    Room was very clean and modern. Lovely view from 8 floors up. Our room overlooked a modern courtyard. For guests with kids, the family/games room is the absolute unexpected highlight of the hotel: soccer game table, table tennis table and a Nintendo along with a huge projector (with Just Dance and other video games).
