Everything was good enough. It is absurd to expect the dream from a hotel. if the room is spacious and clean, if the breakfast is enough to keep you hungry, and if the staff has a good attitude, then it is worth giving the hotel an appropriate rating. low raters seem to have stayed at a different hotel.

I have been in Baku for 5 days and been the hotel The family, I really liked the staff, everything was perfect, reception knows English and Russian very well, except their native language, there was restaurants near the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy, and especially I really liked Miss Nargiza, she helped us to everything, I am really grateful, thanks a lot Nargiza! :)

LOVED THE STAFF. They were super friendly and helpful. An old man was creeping me out and his room was next to mine and I didn’t feel safe so I told the receptionist if it’s ok to change my room. They gave us the best room in the hotel and they always ask us if we’re happy with everything or not. The sales manager was continuously following up too! The location was fine, close to everything. They have a very nice view on the lake. They also have a pretty good soundproofing system! The breakfast is a traditional Azerbaijani breakfast and it was really good.
