Our experience with this booking was truly exceptional – probably the best we've ever had through Booking.com. The house itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, and located right in the heart of the city, making it a perfect base for exploring. Equally impressive was the communication with the host, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I reached out a few times with questions, and each time received a prompt, friendly, and helpful response within seconds. Steenhuyse is a magnificent hotel in the middle of a tranquil city. I've felt great bedded and had a lot of space. My room was equipped with a big bathtub and a lot of useful furnishings. The stuff was a bit reserved when my check-in took place, but was very friendly. I would recommend to book a room for two as minimum. When you're travelling alone the room is almost overwhelming but has a great appeal. Again any time.
