It felt like I was visiting a close friend or a relative. The staff as well as the owner Mr Ugyen were exceptional hosts - extremely helpful, and polite which made our stay a wonderful experience. Right from great recommendations for food, places to visit, as well as for the very pleasant conversations with the owner during the cold Thimpu evenings - this trip will always be memorable. I rarely write recommendations, but this place and the people definitely deserve it. I wouldn't hesitate even for a second to book Kisa Villa again if I ever get a chance to visit thimpu again.

The welcome at the hotel was very heartfelt. The personnel were really attentive and provided us with rooms which were big and spacious. The view from both the rooms were exceptional. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the dinner was tasty.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the center. We liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the facilities modern and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was a la carte with a great choice and good.
