Jade Place is a basement apartment. It was very tastefully decorated and everything was top notch. From the pre visit messages, and checking in to see if I needed anything. 10/10 on service and response times, cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the couch, laundry facilities for free, workout equipment, everything was provided and all 10 out 10. They have thought about everything! The only thing you need to do is arrive with your clothing and your groceries. As a solo female traveler what I liked a lot about this place was I felt totally secure here. TV free Roku channel, a lot of free channels, can sign into your own account for Netflix or Prime etc, if curling up in front of the tv is your thing. Shopping is a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Everything is new here. New builds, new neighbourhood, and everything in this apartment is new. Price was terrific. This place is quiet. It's not in the middle of all the action, but it is in the middle of all the sights or places you may want to visit when in the Calgary area. Would definitely stay again Thank you for having me.

The front staff were absolutely amazing! The facilities were just as good , the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was warm, clean and large - the slide was fast! The room was very large compared to most hotel rooms.

The appartment is well equipped with TV, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment etc Good quality furniture and fittings, very clean and cosy The host is super helpful and answers questions almost immediately It's a little far from the centre of Calgary but the public transport serves very well, 2 bus stops very close with good links and it doesn't cost any more to get into the city. Overall very good value for money for a whole appartment

The hospitality was top notch, and the hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home was really clean and equipped with all the comforts of home....it was great to be able to do laundry, make home cooked meals and just relax! There was more than enough room for our group of 5, and so much better than getting 2 hotel rooms! location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with amenities and c-train access close by!
