Great staff very friendly and helped us out with the parking. Great location perfect for the show at McEwan. Nice clean pretty new hotel easy to get to. Clean hotel pretty good view out the big windows.

The hospitality was top notch, and the hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home was really clean and equipped with all the comforts of home....it was great to be able to do laundry, make home cooked meals and just relax! There was more than enough room for our group of 5, and so much better than getting 2 hotel rooms! location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with amenities and c-train access close by! Thank you kindly for an exceptional visit & stay!

Amazing!!!!! You get an apartment almost with a whole kitchen. Extremely clean, new, fresh, awesome breakfast, attentive workers. Very conveniently located in the center. I almost cried tears of joy when we saw our room - probably the best place I've ever stayed at!

    breakfast was good. would have been nice to be informed the pool was closed before we booked and found out upon arrival. the kids were very let down about this and it was the main reason we booked here. staff was great, as well as, helpful. the breakfast was okay. being charged to use a pool table seemed ridiculous and the children were very bored during our stay.

    Desk staff were very accommodating for our family. They offered a crib for our toddler and bottled water for bottles for our baby. Very impressed! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We didn't use the fitness center or pool but they looked decent.

    The room was a good size for our family of five. Very clean and a good location close to the zoo/spark Telus centre. The pool was warm and fun for the kids. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was decent.
