Easy check in. Lots of parking around. Super easy to reach. Perfect location to get around Dartmouth Crossing shopping area. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. We used the pool - the water was perfect in the evening. The pool area has a kids splash pad - so will be back with kids someday.

    The free breakfast was crap. The restaurant food was expensive for what you got. There was nothing for teenagers to do .The tv didnt work and the ifi was only fair

    We checked in around 9 pm, it was very busy at the time. Taylor at the check in desk did an outstanding job ,not only checking my family in, but also helping to check in and arranging everything for our friend, who arrived after midnight due to flight delays ex Toronto.     The pool was closed and I had 4 kids with me . It wasn’t listed as closed . Then we could go to hotel next door and go swimming . That pool was also closed

    Room had no hot water. Parking was limited and we were told to move our car, but others stayed where they had been. Late check out was discouraged. Elevator non-functional, but placed on 5th floor.
