We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

Hotel Gault's staff were great, helpful, and courteous (especially Brian and Noks). We came earlier than the usual check-in time, so my husband and I roamed the area, which is very close to Old Montreal attractions. The hotel has a luggage storage area, so we are not worried about our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. When we came back, we were told that our room had been upgraded to a nicer one, which made our stay in this hotel much special. Pillows are so huggable. We had a very nice and relaxing sleep. Breakfast was really good. We had our breakfast delivered to the room as we wanted to relax and watch TV while having our meal. Cleanliness: The room is really clean, the towels are new, and the toiletries are good, but they need to pay more attention to maintaining and deep cleaning the toilet bowl and bathroom, as they are very close to getting a bad review.

A wonderful Hotel, very central in Montreal, but situated quiet at a square. Very nicely furbished execitive suite with a large bathroom, and finest installations. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We have enjoyed staying in the beautiful hotel!

Location is excellent. I loved the near by shops and coffee. Breakfast was very basic and too crowded even when I went before 8am.

Great location, easy to walk to Old Montreal and then public transport back to hotel. Many local restaurants/bars to choose from and close to Markets. Full kitchen and cooking/dining in our suite enabled us to purchase fresh seafood and vege for home cooked meal. Staff very welcoming and accepting of English communication. Parking on site and valet team were awesome.
