I arrived with children earlier and we were checked in absolutely without problems, many thanks to the reception for such participation) Very clean, cozy, Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Super location and beautiful view from our window over Lake Biel. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was good though basic. A greater choice would have been nice. The lady in charge was very attentive and friendly.

I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay , Martin is a very good host and was sending all the important information beforehand. The apartment was very clean , spacious and full furnished. We stayed only for a night but it's a good place to stay for longer. The host provided nice snacks and drink , it is well connected through buses to the main station.
