I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

    We arrived during a UEFA Euro 2024 match. The environment at the lobby bar was fabulous. Festive and family friendly. The staff was great throughout our stay. They helped in every way. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel location was just right.

    Great little spot and comfortable room right in the heart of Bern. The building looks old (as you'd expect in the historic district...) but inside is modern and recently refurbished. Breakfast was nice; I didn't get to really chat to any of the staff properly but they were friendly; and the location is great. Much more affordable than many other Bern/Switzlerand options, too. The pillow service is a fun idea.

    Rob and Sarah did a fantastic job setting up the apartment for us, the kids loved the set up for their beds in the loungeroom, and they were so accommodating to our questions and requests. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and appointed, and situated right in the heart of old Bern. I couldn't recommend this more, whether you are a couple on a getaway, or a family on holiday. 10/10 will try and stay again if/when I return.

    i travel with family of 4 (2 adults and 4 and 5 years old child). book the room with sofa bed (and add 1 extra bed) this still give the room a lot of space for my kids to run around. the hotel location is brilliant! about 7-8 mins walk to the bern old city, and all the top spots of the city are in walking distance. car park building is only 2 mins walk. lots of shops and restaurants by the hotel. the best part is; the staff. they’re all very kind and helpful.

    Excellent hostel in a fantastic location - ten minutes on the bus to Bern Bahnoff train station. The number 19 bus takes you to the accommodation in ten mins. The kitchen was excellent and dining area for breakfast was huge. There was cereals, bread, chocolate spread, Jams and boiled eggs available for breakfast as well as orange and apple juice and tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was a kids play section in the dining room so this hostel is family friendly. Staff were friendly too, would recommend!
