Our stay was truly wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean and smelled so fresh – it immediately felt like a place to relax. Every detail, from the kitchen equipment to the soft bed linens, was top quality and made us feel really well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly kind and easygoing, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and that absolutely majestic view – it was pure bliss. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts for creating such a special and welcoming space. We left with full hearts and great memories. Hope to be back one day!

The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. Host was kind enough and informative, the apartment was cosy enough and contained everything we needed to relax and prepare simple meals. Apartment was about 15 minutes "enjoyable and scenic" walk to Lugano's centre and very close to the lake, other facilities like a Migros supermarket was nearby too.
