We arrived very early, but we were able to check into our room, and meet family to enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, with local oat speciality which we enjoyed. Underground secure car park with easy access into the hotel. Excellent value for Switzerland.

Im a regular at the FIVE, the Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I think one of the best price / value for Hotels in Zurich. The Penthouse Club is a nice additiion as well :-).

The hotel was across the road from the tram station and in close walking distance to the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant food was excellent. There was space for children to play outdoors.
