It is an excellent apartment with a great view of Lake Lemon. The place is spotless and fully equipped. The host was friendly, warm and welcoming. It is very calm and comfortable, not far from Lausanne. We had a perfect stay in the apartment, and I highly recommend it.

It was close to the metro station Ours, which was good if coming by train from le gare or boat from Ouchy. It was also close to some good restaurants. It had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It had a reasonably priced breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were modern and clean. All in all an excellent experience. I wish all hotels had this high standard.

Hôtel des Patients is situated in a quiet area in Lausanne, on the grounds of the CHUV university hospital center. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk.

Everything!!! So spacious, clean, fantastic view from the windows and terrace, awesome while visiting with kids. Second time staying there and cannot wait to come back! Special complements for a spacious parking (CHF 20 / 24h) and a free transportation card for public transports in Lausanne area.

I travel a lot and I don't remember last time the reception had this amazing service! Both late night and morning gentelman ( I don't recall the names) were very helpful, friendly and concrete. Great job! The stay was pleasant, sauna was a great plus, beds very comfortable.
