A new and exceptionally clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Our room was ready upon arrival—even with kids—and had a beautiful mountain view. This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!

The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

The bed was very comfy, shower great, breakfast, drinks and evening meal in the garden all excellent. Hosts really friendly. Lovely walk along the lake into Locarno and very convenient for the train station. Would highly recommend.

We loved the view, the kindness of the staff their availability and how thoughtful they were. The wellness centre facilities were great and my girlfriend adored her massage.
