This is the new definition of a luxury boutique hotel for me. The hosts are just incredible, you can tell that this is their passion. Ultra welcoming, very helpful and they go the extra mile! Ninfa is a very warm-hearted personality. She made a phone call to make sure we were arriving and to tell us there is a short cut from the train station following the stairs to the left side of the station (a 4-minute walk). The room on the top floor of the wooden house was neat and clean. Because we were the only guests that night, we had even had free choice among three different rooms. Ninfa served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. She joined for a talk and told about her trips and experience in Africa. We were given a perfect recommendation to the nearby chocolate factory museum in Courtelary (Chocolats Camille Bloch), which left us with a colourful day.
