Everything was amazing! Great rooms, very comfortable! Fabulous breakfast, awesome restaurant! It has a proper sauna, top spa, a well equipped weight room with a community aspect that i loved. Just the most lovely view you can ask for when visiting the Swiss Alps. The staff? Amazing! I had one of the best weekends away ever. The hotel is in a very beautiful location with stunning views. I loved the ride to the hotel by the snow taxi. when we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and genuinely friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such hospitality where every single member of staff have been authentically welcoming. we felt looked after at all times. The food was delicious and I tried every single beer they had and some wine. the spa was a perfect way to finish our stay. our dogs loved the snow. we feel very relaxed and will definitely come back. thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.
