The on-line/automatic check-in was really convenient. We were thankful for the opportunity to arrive early since the weather was a bit stormy/rainy and we were travelling by bike, and the owners were very flexible and accommodating. The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.
