The hotel is very conveniently located, right across the Randa sbb railway station, so just two stops from Zermatt. Marco, the owner is really helpful. I appreciate that he came to receive us at the station with a friendly smile. The hotel was overbooked, so he managed our stay at another very nice hotel nearby. Overall we had a great & comfortable stay in Zermatt.

Everything is perfect. The room is so amazing and makes me surprised! The staffs are so nice and friendly!Tell us many tips. We just stay only one day and we all think we should stay longer! We went to the mountains next morning and have no time to have nice breakfast. I texted the message on wazapp to the hotel. They prepared the breakfast for all of us so that we couldn take them to the train! We were so moving and appreciated! If we could go back here. I would definitely choose this hotel!
