EVERYTHING IS JUST AMAZING. The photos you see here can’t explain to you how beautiful this place is. Just book it you will not regret it. It’s mentioned that the check in time is super early but the lady left the keys hidden so we could check in at any time (we arrived at 1 am). There’s only one thing: at night, you have the road blocked by an electric fence, we stopped there in the middle of the night, no light at all, trying to figure how to pass this electric fence. It’s easier than it seems, you just run your car through it and it’s ok! Such an Amazing place with AMAZING STAFF!!!

All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

The on-line/automatic check-in was really convenient. We were thankful for the opportunity to arrive early since the weather was a bit stormy/rainy and we were travelling by bike, and the owners were very flexible and accommodating.     The location is amazing! If you don't have a car, make sure the cable car is functional, because the lodge is up the mountain from the village and there's no way to get up there on your own, except with the cable car. The spa & sauna make a relaxing retreat after a hike up the mountain. The cows are close to the lodge and their bells make a beautiful symphony.
