The hotel is superb. Few days before check in, housekeeper Wendy emailed to ask if I am celebrating any events. I just replied casually that it’s our wedding anniversary and viola!At check in, there was a bouquet of roses n balloons in the room. V pleasant experience.

An amazing stay at this hotel, very close to the airport and they provide a free transfer shuttle. The room and overall hotel are tastefully decorated ans very comfortable. The personel is particularly helpful. Special thanks to Carl who went above and beyond to accomodate our needs, he made our stay much easier and for that we are grateful !

Everything was excellent. The stuff was super nice and they immediately bring us some bigger casserole and pan and good knife for cooking. The room is very big and super clean. Cleaning service is excellent too. They clean every morning. We will for sure use Somerset serviced apartments again. The position is very nice just in front of big shopping mall with nice Ole supermarket inside and lot of restaurants too

Value for money, so cheap and is a 5 star hotel. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was amazing. Heaps of healthy options. Staff were incredibly helpful and they tried their best to speak English for me (since I could not speak Mandarin).

The hotel is very clean and new. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially 李红英 at the breakfast restaurant. Excellent service.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I loved being in the mountains. The pool was amazing (and hardly anyone in it!) and the back area was stunning - even better than the pictures.
