The rooms were exceptionally decorated. The bed was really comfortable. I was messaged by the property whilst travelling on the train, she offered to organise and pay for a taxi. We refunded them in arrival. They couldn’t do enough for us.

Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great hotel, lovely staff! It’s very conveniently located as well, very close to the metro station. It’s possible to also store luggage before checking in and after check out which is very helpful.
