It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

We travel a lot and once in a while a place stands out for exceptional hospitality. This is one of those places. The hotel is family run and while they don’t speak great English they were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our time. They were very knowledgable of the area and knew where and when we should visit every attraction. They also gave us some 10/10 restaurant recommendations. Room was lovely, modern and clean and they also gave us a ride to the airport free of charge when we left. Highly recommend. 👍

The private villas are ideal for families – no shared spaces, very peaceful. Loved the free access to the 5-star hotel pool with golf cart transfers! Staff helped us book tickets and plan day trips effortlessly. Great location between all the major parks. Highly recommend!
