Everything about the unit. Layout, size, facilities. Child friendly have children playground and playroom, it even have pet zone with rabbit and birds chirping for distraction. Hotel is complimented with a robot handling delivery food straight to your hotel room. The size of the unit is absolutely amazing, very very comfy for kids to run around.

Great hotel! A real jewel! Everything was just perfect. Several things make a difference in comparison with other luxury hotels. First, very elegant and stylish, with a lot of Chinese-style details.     Splendid architectural design with a focus on cultural heritage. Fantastic activities including an outdoor pool and a children`s play area. If the city itself were not that beautiful I`d probably come back just for the hotel itself.

    Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

    The rooms are well equipped with new furniture, plenty of drinking water provided, nice views and good amenities in general (Ironing board etc.) There is a nice playroom for the kids. The breakfast is copious and the breakfast room is pretty, with views of the garden. The hotel is architecturally interesting and set in a beautiful park setting
