10/10 - Outstanding Stay at Kaisheng Hotel!​​ Kaisheng Hotel went above and beyond to make our trip to Fenghuang amazing! They kindly offered ​​free pickup from the train station​​, which was super convenient. The staff was ​​incredibly friendly​​—always smiling and eager to help. Clean and comfy room, beds were very soft, which is rare in China. Staff spoke fluent English, she was very accommodating and helped us in every step. The night show was incredible. Central location, close to the river and attractions.
