I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! They get a full ten out of ten from me! When people talk about a 5-star hotel, this is it! From the hotel decor, to the size of the room, to the room decoration itself, the level of staff professionalism (all staff: porters, housekeepers, reception, waiters/waitresses). A splendid experience! The cleanliness, the bed linen! Oh wow! I have so much to say! Congratulations Holiday Inn! You've absolutely nailed it with this hotel. Comfortable bed and spacious and clean room. Love love the pressure of the shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is superb as it's very convenient for eating out. Lots of eateries just outside the hotel and near the hotel. I like the airport transfer as well. Great buffet breakfast. An extremely comfortable 5 days 4 nights stay. We are already planning to come back to Shanghai and want to stay at the hotel again.

I've never seen a hotel like this before! 🤯 The Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel. 🏨 I stayed at the Pudong branch during a business trip to Shanghai and also brought my family along for a trip. Considering it would be convenient for taking care of the kids, I wanted to book a hotel that provided scenic - spot pick - up services when making the reservation. 🚥 After doing some online research, I found that the Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel not only offers pick - up and drop - off services at Pudong Airport but also for five popular scenic spots 🗺— Disneyland, Haichang Ocean Park, Planetarium, Wild Animal Park, and Yaoxue Ice and Snow World. Our itinerary was for three days and two nights. The free pick - up and drop - off service is just amazing. I didn't have to worry about transportation during the trip. And the fact that they even offer midnight snacks at this price! Staying at this hotel is just so convenient! ✌ This is truly the top - notch hotel in Shanghai!!
