An absolute gem of a hotel. Everything about this hotel is on point. Service is amazing. The gym is functional. Laundry and dryer is the basement to wash your clothes free of charge. Fresh water tap in your room, free tea and coffee in the lounge area. Yoga studio on site. Two amazing cafes on site with healthy delicious food and incredible coffee. Rooftop pool with view over mountains and city.

Perfect location, a lot of trees and plants arround, fresh air, feeling like in a forest. Modern. A lot of customers complained about room design. But for me my room was perfect, modern and very comfortable. I could sleep with open balcony, no air con. was needed. In the morning I could listen to birds singing. Beds were extremely comfortable, as well as pillows, nice linens and towels. Breakfast was served from 6 am, what I found very convenient. Breakfast items were a little limited gor 5 star hotel but a very good quality and very delicious. Perfect bar on the upper floor, with delicious coctails. Tape water was perfect to drink. But the most important was the hotel staff. All I asked was provided after few minutes. I got slippers, bathrobe, a kettle and equipment for coffee in the room, umbrellas. Communication with the hotel staff via wats up was perfect. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay in Medellin.

Great! I stayed for a week because it was so comfortable, quiet yet close to Poblado. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great advice. Also, parking is free and uncomplicated, which I think is a big plus for Medellin! I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Everything! Staff were lovely, on site restaurant was great, facilities were very good, apartments were super nice and comfy beds!
