Carolina & her staff went far beyond the call & made me feel right at home. When I arrived a day early, they found me a room in a wonderful beach cabana at the same amazing rate. The local bus, which stops directly in front of the lodge every five minutes, made getting around a breeze. I hope to return one day!

Upon arrival, Ana welcomed us kindly and upgraded our room to a superior one because it was available. She did the effort of speaking clearly and slowly so I could follow with my basic Spanish skills. The hotel is superb. A lovely infrastructure built into the hills and into nature. You feel relaxed at all time when staying there. As it is inside the National Park, you can enjoy the park for multiple days with just one entry. They have a private shuttle service that brings you to the Cañaveral trailhead. We always had dinner in the hotel restaurant as there aren't any options inside the park anyway. The food was very delicious which we usually don't expect from restaurants without competition. Everything was perfect, 10/10 I definitely recommend this place.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. The place is nice and chilled. The staff was very helpful and kind, they told us great tips for routes and places to get food. The whole place is very cute having a nice swimming pool, beautiful garden and very intimate and not at all crowded natural pools in a river 5min up the path. There is a restaurant next door, called doña Marta, which is a must. Local economic authentic food. Easy to get there with public transport. In conclusion, although it is a 10 min walk from the main road, it was definitely worth taking the time to find the place.

Great peaceful place surrounded by the jungles. The room is cozy, spacious and has required facilities. People working there are very helpful and breakfasts and dinners are delicious.

The Staff are great, we needed an extra room with AC just to store flowers for a wedding next day, and they gave us the extra room for a 1/4 of the price. Plus since we needed to leave extra early before six am, they prepared our breakfast early. Great service, great people
