I don't think I can have enough words or space here to describe my whole wonderful experience. All I would say it to book it without any hesitation. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not a hotel, it's 100% better. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not an Airbnb, it's 100% better. Let's say it's like travelling to meet some family members for the 1st time, you grew up knowing you had cousins lets say in Santa Rosa De Cabal and decided to go and meet them for the 1st time. You arrive and have that huge feeling of homestay, they welcome you and treat you like VIP. Make sure you're 100% comfortable, ask you what you'd like to eat/drink, if you need help with transportation, anything!! And they also have on site coffee tours incl: coffee picking, coffee tasting and local food lunch. So you can have a whole experience when staying here. I thought I would have to book it separetely not realizing that I was staying at a coffee farm-:) If I were a local, I would definitely come at least every quarter to relax & recharge. The location is stunning! The views over the coffee hills were simply incredible, you could just spend time staring at the panorama throughout the whole stay. The staff were great, always happy to help for any small thing, it felt like being at home

We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the rainforest which was awesome. Beds comfy and great showers! Food was excellent value for money and perfect for the long days out birding. Guides are excellent.
