Also the satellite had English Channels with HBO, etc. The view was gorgeous, near shopping centers for groceries, perfect location. We loved it and Karolina was a fabulous host. The cabin is very spacious and well equipped. It's located in very quiet location with wonderful nature around including monkeys crossing over trees. The staff is super friendly, helpful and willing to meet your every demand. Xavi, the guy who runs the place, is always at hand giving tips and knowledge about the area. We stayed three nights with our daughters (6 and 4 years old) and they did not want to leave. The pool is also a blast.

The villas are clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor area in the front to relax in the afternoon breeze and another area in the back with table and chairs for eating meals. The location is just outside of Carrillo which was perfect for my son and I. Very close to a large super market, a gas station and many restaurants. The kitchen in the villas is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. If you need something just ask Bale (one of the family members/owners) and he'll most likely be able to get it for you. He brought us a blender which I'm sure will become a fixture in each room now. While we were there, construction was underway for a pool and rancho area. It looks amazing. I'll definitely go back with the rest of my family and stay there again. This would also be an amazing property for a group of family or friends to book all the cabinas (3 at the moment, with another scheduled to be built). As usual, with locations like this, there are local secrets waiting to be discovered. Bale grew up here, and he's willing to share some of those secret spots!

We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Nathan and his family are the best hosts we have had the opportunity to meet on our trip to Costa Rica! This accommodation is really worth it - amazing breakfast, equipped kitchen, coffee available all day. Nice pool and even better views. Their commitment is great and they did everything they could to make us enjoy our stay. 15 minutes to amazing beaches. We prefer Carrillo beach but others were also very nice.
