This is an amazing stay. If you got the change, you should definitly stay here. First of all, the owners and staff are super nice and helpfull. They helped us book our tours, but also.. we arrived later then planned, but one of them waited for us and was very kind. And made sure we arrived save and sound. Second of all the view is incredible. Ofcourse nobody can controll the weather, but even with clouds and rain its gorgeous. Third of all the tours they can book for you are with really good company's. Normaly I prefer to explore by myself, but considering the time we had in La Fortuna a tour was best use of time. We booked a massage and it was GOOD! Also booked a combination tour and that company was also very good. Good wildlifespotters, nice humor and respect for the nature. The pictures are like it is, so you really now what to expect. No surprises.

Amazing location with one of the best views on the volcano and lake Arenal. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good quality food and very nice spa. Wish I would stay there longer!

It is a stunning place, with a breathtaking view of the lake and volcano. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Fabian is an absolute star, I highly recommend a massage with him, it was by far the best experience I have had. The restaurant team are also fabulous, thanks to Juan and the ladies for making delicious food and being very hospitable. We really didn't want to leave, it was a perfect end to our 10 day trip in Costa Rica.

Everything!!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything felt fresh and clean. The view and scenery is so special. Falling asleep and waking up listening to the sounds of the jungle was incredible.
