I had the best time here!!! The apartments are so beautiful and you feel at home as soon as you enter it. It’s made with much love and has a beautiful design. The location is of course a bit off but you have 2 restaurants in walking distance and so many nice beaches around. Out of all my accommodations I had in CR this was my favorite. Also the owner is just the best person ever! Such a warmhearted, funny woman, always there to help if you need anything! :))

Soul Shine is the best accommodation choice in the Playa Avellanas area. The cabinas are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, good WiFi, air conditioning and a mini-fridge. The owners of the house were so friendly and always smiling. With a rental car, their location was amazing for us ( I cannot advise how it would have been without the car ). Very easy check-in and check-out. The room was like a small apartment: very big, a lot of light, a small fridge, spotless both the room and the bathroom ( nice shampoo, conditioner and soap ). Delicious breakfast prepared freshly by the hosts. The pool was amazing, clean and we could use it late in the evening for relaxation. I hope we will be back soon!

Very nice and quiet little place - beautiful rooms and pool. Lovely owners, who were there the whole time taking care of the place and of us. We came without a car, and they gave us lifts to the beach, the supermarket and even to the new hotel, when we after some very relaxing days moved on. Amazing.

Loved the fact the beach was on our door step. We had a great 3-night stay in this very comfortable and clean hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast which was brought to our room's terrace every morning. We appreciated the surf board rental service of the hotel.

This is a beautiful spot. It is a short walk (10 mins) to a lovely beach. There is a nice pool on site and a good restaurant (food and drinks appropriately priced for quality - not cheap, but good). We found the stay very relaxing and have no complaints at all.
