The hotel is new, the facilities are new, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, the room is large with access to the balcony, the view is stunning of the golf course, the breakfast is very good, the spa area is excellent, perfect. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Harry Potter style room - very nice and stylish. All the furnishings are new, everything worked in the kitchen. Comfortable sofa, large TV. Despite the pub on the first floor - quiet and pleasant. Nearby is the train station to Cheb-Karlovy Vary. Excellent communication skills of the hosts: confirmation came a few minutes after the order. When we had difficulties with arrival at the appointed time, the staff was ready to help us. Cleaning services were offered on time.

Lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean and cosy room with a bath on legs. Plenty of space and ways to sit and relax in the hotel grounds (tables and chairs, sun beds, deck chairs, benches, swings, etc. They keep deers and lamas in the ground, which we could feed. The restaurant and breakfast bar were both very atmospheric with plenty of great food choices.

Very nice and complete studio, it had everything you need to make your stay perfect. The idea of characterizing the rooms with musical groups or singers is unique! With music and images of the singer/group. We also had a great time in the music museum! Very close to downtown and tourist attractions/ski center. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice atmospheric hotel. The SPA and pools are very nice. Breakfast is tasty and has a very good variety. There is parking in garage 400czk and nearby parking spot ~250czk. Perfect place to stay and relax with a vibe of historical buildings and springs of mineral water.
