The staff were absolutely exceptional - they were so accommodating and friendly, answering all our questions with a smile. Our room was immaculate, the balcony was just the perfect hideaway spot, and the breakfast was exceptional! The hotel is new, the facilities are new, the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, the room is large with access to the balcony, the view is stunning of the golf course, the breakfast is very good, the spa area is excellent, perfect. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Harry Potter style room - very nice and stylish. All the furnishings are new, everything worked in the kitchen. Comfortable sofa, large TV. Despite the pub on the first floor - quiet and pleasant. Nearby is the train station to Cheb-Karlovy Vary. Excellent communication skills of the hosts: confirmation came a few minutes after the order. When we had difficulties with arrival at the appointed time, the staff was ready to help us. Cleaning services were offered on time.
