We almost didn’t stay here as some reviews were a bit negative but we’re so glad we did. From the outset the staff were lovely and allowed us an early check-in. The room was characterful and huge & the bathroom was beautifully renovated and the big bath was nice to relax in. The bed was full really comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the beautifully manicured gardens and my husband did the castle tour which he found really interesting. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant and found the prices reasonable, comparable to Pilsen & Prague. The breakfast was also very good, plenty to choose from on the buffet. Easy 45 minute drive to the airport, we were really happy we’d chosen to stay here for a last night in Europe, away from the crowds and somewhere peaceful and welcoming.

We are a couple of older NZ friends on a long cycle trip that bought us past this delightful Penzion. The owner (he said call him Stan) was very welcoming. Safe place to store the bikes. Nice restaurant on site where we ate on the balcony. Enjoyed a cool beer on arrival as it was a hot 100km we'd ridden to get there. A truly enjoyable night's stay.

we had a great time, but keep in mind this is rather a family stay for easy going people who don’t mind agricultural vibe and a little bit of mess host were super friendly and we felt like visiting relatives the rooms are spacious and stylish the bed was huge and the mattress is very good quality great coffee and beer
